In order to support the launch of our HR Advisory services, we are currently looking for a:

Human Resources Advisory Manager (m/f)

Your next challenge:

• Have a central role in developing our HR Advisory offer and activity;
• Work closely with the HR Advisory Partner and HR Director;
• Be the regular point of contact for existing and potential customers;
• Measure customer satisfaction and continuously improve the quality of our services;
• Stay up-to-date in HR-related innovation;

Your profile:

If…

• You have at least 7 years of experience in HR including at least 3 in Advisory;
• You have a Master’s Degree in Human Resources;
• You have an outstanding sense of customer service and quality of delivery;
• You have excellent organizational and interpersonal skills;
• You are well connected in the Luxembourg market and able and willing to develop new services;
• You are fluent in at least two of the following: English, French and German (any additional language is an advantage);
