Our client is looking is actively looking for a Paralegal/Legal Corporate Officer to grow their teams in Luxembourg. An opportunity to join and learn from a leading Asset Manager working on diverse funds throughout Europe.

Paralegal/Legal Corporate Officer – Funds

Your job

In this Paralegal/Legal Corporate Officer role, you will be working on a portfolio of Funds from start to finish, liaising with clients as well as assisting with investments across Europe.

• Taking care of the legal and corporate administration of a portfolio of diverse funds
• Liaising with internal and external parties (banks, notaries, clients…)
• Incorporating and liquidating companies
• Providing legal support and draft documents
• Organising and taking minutes of Board Meetings, AGMs and EGMs
• Assist with annual and quarterly reports

Your profile

• University degree in Law or Business Administration
• 1+ years’ experience in a Legal Corporate Officer role
• Exposure to Real Estate or Private Equity and Luxembourg Corporate Law is an advantage
• Excellent English and German
• A proactive self-starter and looking to evolve in a challenging environment
