Junior Fund Officer - German Speaking

Our client, a top International Asset Manager is now looking to grow their Corporate Team, working with clients throughout Europe but with a potential focus on German-speaking areas like Germany and Switzerland.

As the business is growing and expanding, with both current and new clients, the management wants to take on another corporate officer and gain as much stability for the team as possible.

Responsibilities

• Dealing with function of a Management Company with UCITS and AIFMD licenses
• Meeting compliance obligations and requirements of regulatory authorities
• Convening and coordination A-z CoSec function, incorporation to liquidation
• Drafting of corporate and contractual documents for the funds and its entities
• Assisting in the set-up or liquidation of investment funds and SPVs
• Ensuring all statutory filings are carried out within deadlines e.g. CSSF
• Organizing and retaining statutory documents (e.g. material documents, minutes, agreements)
• Coordination and assistance with quarterly and yearly reporting’s.

Your profile

• 1 + years of experience in a comparable position in Luxembourg
• Good knowledge of company law
• Investment funds industry knowledge
• Exposure to PERE structures is an advantage
• Excellent English and German communication skills (written and spoken);
• Motivation to evolve and progress in a team
• Strong service orientation and communication skills
