• The role requires 3 years+ experience (with previous workings with European clients
• Working with high level funds and in a client-centric role working with shareholders, handling meetings and documents, so a number of years exposure is essential so you can succeed and excel further.It is a growing team who are highly integrated with other employees across the company and are exposed to a diverse range of funds from across Europe.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process and co-ordinate routine fund operations, including investor calls and distributions

• Take on senior responsibility in manageabsence

• Assist and support the induction, integration and training of Trainee staff
• Daily administrator of funds, management companies and associated fund structures
• Assist with all aspects of company secretarial matters, including boards, agendas, resolutions
• Maintain accurate investor records

Key Skills:

• Industry exposure as a corporate/legal officer previously
• Minute taking and organising high-level board meetings would be very useful
• Good attitude in the workplace, team spirit, organised with good communication (interpersonal skills are a must, working with your team, senior managers and clients)
