Your job

In this Senior Legal Officer role, you will be responsible for a portfolio of 3-4 Real Estate funds from start to finish.

• Managing all the aspects of the legal and corporate administration of a portfolio of funds
• Transactional legal work (refinancing, capital calls…)
• Liaising with investors
• Providing legal support regarding Luxembourg compliance rules
• Organising and take minutes of Board Meetings, AGMs and EGMs
• Handling AML/KYC queries

Your profile

• University degree in Law or Business Administration
• 6+ years’ experience in a Legal Corporate Officer role
• Good knowledge of the Luxembourg Corporate law
• Fluent English
• A proactive self-starter and good team-player
