Your job

In this Legal Manager role, you’ll be managing legal aspects of a portfolio of clients with your team.

• Managing and coordinating the day-to-day work of the team
• Participating in risk management and compliance
• Being in charge for various contracts (share purchase agreement, domiciliation…)
• Leading client meetings, act as 1

  point of contact
• Providing legal advice and review processes
• Generating new business leads

Your profile

• Master’s in law
• 6+ years’ experience in a similar role in the Fund Industry
• Experience with Real Estate Funds
• Good knowledge of International or Luxembourg Corporate law
• Excellent English
• A proactive self-starter with people skills
