SPV Accountant – AVP REIF/Infrastructure

Role based in: Luxembourg (city center)

Your job:

You will be working on yourself in a solo office and be considered as an Assistant Vice President.

You will contribute to the development of the team and the relationship with the client.

You’ll be constantly in touch with the client and get into important client meetings 3-4 time per year.

You’ll be mainly working on infrastructure fund.

Your tasks will include :

• Prepare financial statements under IFRS or local GAAP
• Ensuring deadlines are met
• Liaise with tax team to ensure VAT requirements are satisfied
• Board meetings presentation (financial statements)
• Maintain and develop multiple business relations with clients

Jobs requirements :

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in similar accounting roles
• Able to DO consolidated statements
• Very good communicator
• Strong command on preparing financial statements under IFRS and/or LuxGaap
• Liaise with different other departments (Tax, legal team)
• Fluent in English
• Experience in private equity, real estate and infrastructure
