Our client is urgently looking for a Senior Fund Administrator to reinforce their team, a great way for you to strengthen your skills and your expertise scope!
By being in contact with our network of local offices, you will work on a wide bunch of different clients for Private Equity, Real Estate, and be their key contact person . This will provide you a great opportunity to grow a strong professional network.

Fund Administrator - Tasks:
- Improvement of the fund database and fund documentation
- Manage all the different aspects of fund transactions
- Draft and negotiate account agreements and purchase agreements ;
- Monitor relevant regulatory developments;
- Execute administrative duties related to the corporate governance & domiciliary agent function, covered investment funds and entities domiciliated
- Execute duties related to transfer agency services
- Deal with all legal documentation as required by regulatory authorities and liaise with all stakeholders for requests related to this documentation
- Manage all corporate related internal lists and procedures.
- Deal with client requests
- Manage and train junior fund administrators
Fund Administrator - Profile:
- You have at least 5 years of experience in a Big 4 or in funds within the Luxembourg market
- You have a good knowledge of AIFMD and clear understanding of the client's portfolio
- The regulatory field has no secret for you
- You are able to work effectively, prioritize and pay attention to details
- English and French are mandatory, any additional language will be considered as an asset
- You have good interpersonal skills
