Legal Corporate Counsel – Leading Asset Manager

Your job

In this Legal & Corporate Counsel role, you will be responsible for a diverse portfolio of Real Estate and Debt funds from start to finish.

• Setting up of AIFs Funds
• Review and advise on fund legal documentation and negotiation agreements
• Fund cross-border registration
• Participation in the review of procedures
• Control of risk and compliance
• Organisation of committees and board meetings

Your profile

• Master’s degree in Law
• 6+ years’ experience in similar role
• Good knowledge of the Luxembourg Corporate law
• Fluent English
• A proactive self-starter and good team-player
