Senior Financial Reporting Manager – Great Financial Services Provider

A client of mine is currently recruiting to fill the role of ‘Senior Financial Reporting Manager’. This is a great opportunity to work as part of a great financial services provider in Luxembourg. The client is a large company, with an international reach, providing a chance to be a part of the big picture and have a place in some of the biggest deals taking place.

The responsibilities include:

• Act as lead accountant for various fund structures within a team
• Review the bookkeeping for various funds, management companies and fund structures,
• Review all aspects of accounting matters that includes investor reports, statutory financial statements and ad-hoc investor queries
• Attend client board meetings and present quarterly financial reports
• Supervise and assist in the development of staff
• Manage and review the completion of audit queries

This candidate requires:

• 4-6 years’ experience after qualification (ACCA or ACA)
• Some technical financial services knowledge is required (don’t worry, there will be support in house to help grow this knowledge)
• Fluent in English
• Computer literate!
• Evidence of accounting responsibility for a client relationship
• Managing experience
