Your job

In this Legal Counsel role, you will be working on the whole cycle of a portfolio Funds.

• Provide fund legal-related advice
• Independent management of a portfolio of PERE Soparfis
• Preparation of board meetings, minutes and other legal documents
• Advising the compliance, finance and client team on the applications of regulations
• Liaising with external law firms and monitoring legal developments

Your profile

• University Degree in Law
• 3-5 years’ experience in a similar role
• Good knowledge of the Luxembourg Corporate law and Fund Industry
• Fluent English and good German
• A proactive self-starter and good team-player
