Your tasks
  • Assist in general secretarial duties and administrative tasks
  • Assisting in the accurate preparation, finalisation and distribution of presentations, reports and notes, including proof-reading of documents;
  • Ensuring an up-to-date registry of policies and procedures in own domain and help model the corresponding business processes;
  • Providing support in the fields of budget, invoice management and call for tenders;
  • Compile information and data for reporting purposes: statistics, quarterly/annual reports, CR report;
  • Filing and archiving of all electronic and paper documents;
  • Provide ad hoc support to the unit to contribute to the smooth running of its daily operations.
Your profile
  • Fluent in French and English
  • Sound knowledge and practical experience with using standard office tools (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
