Your tasks
  • Email inbox management
  • Management of all candidate queries via either standardised template responses or adhock (business sourced responses)
  • Management of candidate communication for various recruiting programs, support with logistics of recruiting events
  • Response to all candidate queries within agreed SLAs
  • Analyse all inbox queries and categorise via volume, type
Your profile
  • You a customer service experience (or similar)
  • Experience with call and email management (huge volume)
  • Possess strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Have an ability to analyse and categorise raw data (from email)
  • Understand the value of providing amazing customer service
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Ability to create reporting templates
  • Excellent knowledge in English
  • You are immediately available

Location : Rives de Clausen

Full-Time contract for 9 months (possibility of extension), starting in January 2020.
