Description
- Ensure the legal follow-up of group entities in Luxembourg
- Drafting/ review of contracts and legal documents
- Coordinate with efficiency the local and foreign advisors
- Monitor of cross-border investment structures
- Be responsible for tax matters : tax changes, review of tax returns and tax liabilities
Profile
- At least 10 years of experience of corporate law and structuring
- Master II in Law or LLM
- Fluent is French is mandatory / Fluent in English
