Due to the international expansion of this law firm, we are looking to expand the team. This company would like to invest in seniors who could evolve within a position of future Counsel . The law firm works on activities related to corporate, funds, banking, M&A and Litigation.

They are working mainly focusing on the Benelux market where they have the head offices.

Senior Fund Lawyer: The Mission

• Draft standard legal documents and transactions (incorporation deeds, resolution, agreements, CSSF documents)
• Prepare and attend the board and shareholders meeting
• Keep the contact with the CSSF
• Organise the trainings for the juniors
• Give advice on the unregulated and regulated investment funds

Senior Fund Lawyer: The Profile

• You have a Bachelor and Master in Law
• You have at least 5 years of experience in a law firm
• Fluency in English and French . German would be an asset
• Registered on List IV, I or potentially on List II with a combined experience in and outside of Luxembourg
